Reserve A Puppy

Have you have checked out our puppies & found the one that has stolen your heart?? That special one that you just can’t quit looking at... You may want to reserve him/her until he/she is ready to go. Often our pups are sold before they are even 4 weeks old & many times we have deposits on future litters before they are conceived or born. Please call us, we only sell to approved families so please expect us to have some questions for you as we expect you do of us.

To reserve a pup for you until it is ready to travel to your home. We require a ½ down deposit, this is ½ the puppy price only. Of course this does come off the cost of the pup .

We prefer this deposit be made through paypal so you are sure it arrives instantly and you have a receipt and tracking of your funds. You can use any major credit / debit card with them & do not have to be a member. It is safe, secure & easy to use. We also recommend using a credit or debit cards by phone. We are a licensed merchant account &can safely take all your information.

Though we discourage them for your (the buyers) safety, we do accept money orders & Cashiers checks by mail & will hold a pup for 4 business days awaiting payment. You will need to express mail, overnight Fed Ex or UPS or Priority mail the money order / cashiers check to ensure it gets here on time. There is a 3 week delay in shipping a pup if final payment is done using cashiers checks or money orders.

There is a 3.5% transaction fee when using paypal or your Visa or Master Card Credit or debit card by phone with us.

There are no refunds on Deposits or any funds placed on a pup. Failure of the Buyer to complete this purchase would subject Seller to lost opportunities to sell the Puppy to another Buyer & retention of the Deposit is meant to compensate Seller for his possible loss. This deposit signifies the intent on the part of the Buyer to follow through with the Purchase of this Puppy.

The Seller reserves the right to void this transaction for any reason at any time during the procedings. If at any time the seller feels the Buyer might not be suitable for the puppy or issues arrise that have the seller questioning how good of a home this would be. Since we also sell on line and have to trust out "gut" instincts that may be the only reason we have to void a transaction.
